Dr. Carmen Jaquire
After matriculating at Framesby High School, I decided to study medicine at UFS in Bloemfontein. I did my internship in Port Elizabeth and my Commserve at Humansdorp Hospital. It is during this time that I fell in love with the Kouga area and its people. I spent 2 years working in pediatrics at Dora Ngiza and in 2023 I obtained a diploma in Pediatrics (DCH). Thereafter, I worked in Ireland for 5 months as a locum in Emergency Care.
Running is something that challenges me physically and mentally. I love running with my Golden Retriever and, to date, I have competed in 8 half-marathons and plan to enter another two this year.
I love the outdoors, hunting and playing golf with my husband, Emile.
